Refund policy

Each bespoke piece is individually designed and handcrafted to order.

Because our pieces are made to order just for you, all sales final and non-refundable.

Once the design has been approved (on the sapphire vault pieces or any other custom / bespoke designs) or production has commenced, the order is final and non-refundable.

We’re happy to answer any questions before you place your order to ensure you’re completely satisfied!
