Shipping policy

Our 'Personalised', bespoke & made to order pieces take 4-8 weeks to create, however if you need a piece urgently please get in touch prior to placing your order. 

UK Orders

We offer FREE UK Shipping. 

Once your piece (bespoke pieces, our sapphire vault pieces and our classic styles) is ready, it will then be sent via Royal Mail Signed For service for piece of mind.

Once your item is ready to be shipped you will be notified, and it will be shipped out the next day for next day delivery. 

Please note that all deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

 

International Orders: 

For any international order please email us at hello@chiarapererajewellery.com for a quote for shipping to your location. Shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

 

Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or cover these fees, and any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Additionally, we cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
