How to create your bespoke piece
- Select a ring or pendant/charm in your preferred gold colour, or email us at hello@chiarapererajewellery.com to discuss a custom design — for example, adding side stones or creating a moi et toi ring. We'll send you a quote for any bespoke design.
- Rings are made to your size. If you're unsure of your ring size, let us know at checkout and we'll be in touch about sending you a ring sizer (UK customers).
- If you've ordered a ring and are awaiting your ring sizer, production will not begin until you confirm your size (UK customers).
- Bespoke rings and charms take 5–7 weeks to complete. Due to their custom nature, all pieces are final sale.
- Please include your preferred gold colour (Yellow, White, or Rose Gold) and your ring size (if applicable) in the Order Notes at checkout.

Our 'Personalised', bespoke & made to order pieces take 4-8 weeks to create, however if you need a piece urgently please get in touch prior to placing your order.
UK Orders
We offer FREE UK Shipping.
Once your piece (bespoke pieces, our sapphire vault pieces and our classic styles) is ready, it will then be sent via Royal Mail Signed For service for piece of mind.
Once your item is ready to be shipped you will be notified, and it will be shipped out the next day for next day delivery.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
International Orders:

Care
All our pieces are designed to be worn daily, but we do advice the following.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before showering, bathing, swimming, using a hot tub, or taking part in strenuous exercise, particularly activities such as weightlifting where the jewellery may come into contact with hard surfaces or equipment.
Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, household cleaning products, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and oils, as these can dull precious metals and gemstones over time. Chlorinated swimming pools and hot tubs should be avoided, as prolonged exposure may cause discolouration or damage.
It's also advisable to remove your jewellery during activities where it may become dirty or coated in residue, such as gardening, cooking, working with clay, or applying skincare products.
